Welcome to the 38th International Symposium on Traditional Osteopathy in Montreal, June 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, 2021

It is with pleasure that we present this excellent program that brings together, as every year, experienced and passionate osteopaths who have a solid background and who wish to share their knowledge and experiences. This symposium is in line with the quality of continuing education of our future profession.

The goal of our annual meeting is to provide effective and useful solutions for our patients. The practice-oriented courses will be done in class and the lectures, by foreign osteopaths, with the ZOOM system of high quality. We will present six exciting workshops, including an international meeting of pediatrics and osteopathy.

We will welcome Rachelle Audet, D.O. (CA), Stefano Bonomi MD, D.O. (IT), Benoit Champagne, B.Sc., D.O. (CA), Caroline Cressens, D.O. (CA), Christian Defrance de Tersant, D.O. (FR), Philippe Druelle, D.O. (FR, CA), Denyse Dufresne, D.O. (CA), Monica Filisetti, MD, D.O. (IT), Geneviève Forget, D.O. (CA), Joseph Gil-Lussier, B.Sc., D.O. (CA), Sylvie Lessard, PT, D.O. (CA), Joël Monzée, Ph.D. (CA), Pascale-Julie Robinson, D.O. (CA), Frédérick Sary, B.Sc., D.O. (CA), Evelyne Soyez, D.O. (FR), Tema Stein, D.O.M.P. (CA).

Several topics useful for our practice will be presented: the abdominal brain, the second part of the functional emergency techniques, the international meeting of pediatrics with 12 topics of workshops and lectures, the vagus nerve and clinical applications, the brain of the newborn and the young child, the vascular tree, and the mechanism of pressures (the role of the artery is absolute).

The theme this year will be a reflection on the importance of communicating the true Nature of each of our patients to illustrate and respond to the phrase of Viola Frymann, M.D, D.O., FAAO: “Becoming an osteopath, it is a process that allows one to become capable of tending to the innermost needs of the patient.”

We look forward to sharing and having a great time together. For more information, 514-600-4609, poste 242 or at info@ceosteo.ca or visit www.symposiumceo.ca
