About the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto

The Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) was established in Toronto in 1991 and is a member of the Association of Traditional Osteopathic Colleges of Canada (ATOCC).

The model for the CCO is the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques (College of Osteopathic Studies) in Montreal. Philippe Druelle, D.O., founded that college in 1981. As a result of the increasing stature of the CCO nationally, it established colleges in Vancouver (2000), Halifax (2001), Québec city (2007) and Winnipeg, Manitoba, opened in 2010.

The Toronto college provides a convenient location for CCO students. It houses two administrative offices, a lunchroom, a library, and large classrooms. There are also three dedicated student clinic treatment rooms.

The student body of the college thrives at the CCO. The college is operated by administrative staff who are supported by the expertise and professionalism of the head office staff in Montreal. Due to strong staff support, the CCO is able to quickly and efficiently address the needs and requests of its students and graduates.
